Join Autism Pensacola as we celebrate another successful Steps for Autism. Community friends and all Steps teams and sponsors are invited to our annual membership meeting. We will also announce Board election results and have an informational presentation on Autism and Holiday Travel Safety Tips.

To kick off the night, we will announce fundraising totals for Steps and award prizes to our top teams! President and CEO Susan Byram will then present the annual report for the organization and announce the Board of Directors election results.
We will also introduce Sacred Heart Hospital’s new developmental pediatrician, Dr. Regina Gargus, MD, MS, CPE, FAAP. Dr. Gargus has been in practice for more than 20 years, most recently in Chattanooga, Tenn., affiliated with University of Tennessee Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
To finish the night, Rita Lung, M.Ed., local consultant with FSU’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) will facilitate a discussion on Holiday Travel Safety Tips. Ms. Lung will share information on how to prepare your loved one for traveling during the holidays, or any time! Parents and caregivers will also be able to take home visual supports to help alleviate challenges associated with holiday travel
