Autism Pensacola is thrilled to announce that our fall fundraiser – Steps for Autism – will be presented by Sandy Sansing!

Mr. Sansing has committed to support this fundraising effort for 2018 and 2019. Steps for Autism is API’s grassroots event that seeks to empower families to connect with the community in supporting the mission and programs of Autism Pensacola. Location and date for this event are being finalized, with the target of late September. The day is sure to be full of fun and acceptance thanks to the support of Mr. Sansing.

“Mr. Sansing’s generous gift enables me to step away from my role at Autism Pensacola confident that the future is bright and our community will continue its commitment to our mission”, said Susan Byram, retiring CEO and Autism Pensacola co-founder. In addition to Mr. Sansing’s gift, the Studer Family Foundation, and the University of West Florida’s Office of ABA have also made commitments to support the event.

Businesses, schools and families are encouraged to create teams and get started fundraising in honor of those you love with autism. All funds raised remain in our local area of Escambia & Santa Rosa counties and support the many programs of Autism Pensacola.

Sandy Sansing announced his donation and commitment to Steps for Autism 2018 and 2019 during this year’s Connecting the Pieces Gala, held at Sanders Beach Corrine Jones Community Center in Pensacola.
