Join FSU CARE to Learn How to Manage Healthcare Transition Plans

Healthcare planning, no matter what age, can be stressful and confusing. FSU CARE has teamed up with Polly Bennett and Deidra Faulkner from Children’s Medical Services for a training program that will help parents and guardians with healthcare planning for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The 6-7pm training class will focus on elementary and middle school age children

The 7-8pm training class will focus on high school, young adults, and adults
