Autism Pensacola is grateful to Sandy Sansing Dealerships for ensuring Steps for Autism 2020 is a success!
Steps for Autism raises funds for Autism Pensacola while bringing awareness and acceptance to the autism community. Steps is a fundraising effort that kicked off in January and will run until the celebratory event takes place at the Pensacola State College track. This grassroots effort encourages businesses, families, and community friends to form teams and raise money. Autism Pensacola believes Steps will be the start of a movement to make our community Autism Friendly! #AutismFriendlyNWFL
All proceeds raised support the mission and programs of Autism Pensacola, including safety, quality of life, and awareness initiatives in both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the walk stay in our local area.
Steps for Autism was initially scheduled for Saturday, March 21st at Pensacola State College but unfortunately our event will have to be rescheduled soon. Our number one concern is the health and safety of everyone in our community and in accordance with the CDC recommendations for large public events during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have elected to postpone our event to a later date. We will look forward to seeing you all then and in the meantime, thank you for continuing with your team’s fundraising efforts. We are so grateful for our Steps teams and event partners.
